Participants from University of Gabes, University of La Manouba, University Tunis El Manar and University of Sfax were welcomed by Carlos Juiz, as a representative of UIB. He had the opportunity to explain in detail how he implemented the IT Governance from 2007 to 2013, concretely the implementation of dFogIT, the detailed Framework of Governance for IT.

Furthermore, the attendants took advantage of the visit to work on the framework to be applied in each Tunisian university and the current status of their IT governance. EU partnes review their document already sent and gave some improvement recommendations. They could also prepare some deliverables related to dissemination activities and to sustain it in the future. Different activities and exercises were proposed by the animators to better understanding the status of the project and what are the final steps needed towards its completion.
